Rope climbing
High above the ground, every move counts: strength, balance and a cool head. Climbing has shown me how finely body and mind work together – and how much is in us when we dare.
About me
Physiotherapist, manual therapist and passionate climber. Movement is my passion – and that very enthusiasm shapes every treatment.
My work combines sports-science principles with manual therapy techniques – so I treat not just symptoms but get to the root causes. In physiotherapy since 2014 — first during practical training, and since March 2016 as a state-certified physiotherapist.
You are the focus – with your goals, your history and your sense of your body. I take my time, listen and support you with expertise, empathy and genuine enthusiasm for movement.
I treat patients in German, English and Turkish.
I treat patients with all statutory health insurers, private patients, employers’ liability insurance associations (BG) and self-payers.
My passion
For me, movement is not just a profession but a way of life – best of all outdoors in nature, on the rock, in the forest and in the water. This passion has deeply shaped my love of movement and especially helps me understand the many climbers and boulderers I treat.
Nature is my balance and my source of strength. There I recharge the calm and energy that I bring to every single treatment.
High above the ground, every move counts: strength, balance and a cool head. Climbing has shown me how finely body and mind work together – and how much is in us when we dare.
Movement in its purest form: short, powerful moves, puzzling, failing, trying again. This blend of body tension, technique and patience has fascinated me for years – and trains exactly what matters in therapy too.
In the water I learn to let go and work with the waves instead of against them. Surfing grounds me, sharpens my sense of timing and balance – and reminds me that movement should above all be a joy.
