How we work together

A place where you should feel comfortable

Physiotherapy involves closeness: physical touch and conversations about personal things. That requires trust — and trust only develops if you feel safe.

Background, skin colour, religion, gender, gender identity and sexual orientation make no difference to the treatment. They do make a difference to how we deal with each other, and I pay attention to that. Do tell me which name and which form of address are right for you.

And most importantly: tell me if something feels uncomfortable. A touch, a phrasing, a question that goes too far. I also ask during treatment, but I do not notice everything.

If that is hard in the moment, write to me afterwards. The contact form has its own option for that — without a name and without an email address if you prefer. That is entirely fine and changes nothing between us.
